How much rent can we offer?

This all depends on where the property is, as well as the condition and facilities available. We have a complicated formula that then works out what rent we can offer, but we won’t bore you with that!

Generally, our offers are +/- 10% of the standard market rate for your house. When you consider that your costs, fees and voids are next to nothing, the vast majority of landlords would always be better off with us.

Who uses the property?

We are a high-quality serviced accommodation company. This means that we provide fully-serviced stays for our clients. These clients pay to rent the entire property on a short-medium term basis.

They generally need accommodation for a period too long to stay in a hotel, but too short to sign up to a traditional AST. These clients are usually people working on projects in an area or families relocating.

Whatever the reason, we fully vet the clients to ensure that we only allow respectful and reliable people into our homes.
